Richard (Rick) J. Schroeder graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law and has been practicing law for over 22 years.
He is licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Georgia and focuses his practice on helping injured people recover the compensation they are entitled to after an accident or other injury.
Rick has litigated cases with some of the best trial lawyers in the country and has represented clients throughout the United States. He has handled cases in sixteen different states including Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, North and South Dakota and more.
A former insurance claims adjuster, Mr. Schroeder is frequently selected to arbitrate insurance disputes. Rick is also an avid motorcyclist and a member of the Street Legal Motorcycle Club. A fair number of his clients are people who have been injured in motorcycle accidents and are working through the recovery process with the insurance company.
Rick likes to stay involved in all levels of the legal community. He frequently lectures on Bad Faith insurance law and consumer law in Wisconsin and Minnesota. He has also served as a judge for the National Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions.
Mr. Schroeder is an active member of the Minnesota, Wisconsin and American trial lawyers associations. He has been selected by Who's Who in Personal Injury Law for four consecutive years from 2006 through 2010 and was also named one of the top 40 Workers' Compensation lawyers in Minnesota.
