“I am so thankful for Rick and his team. The past several years have been challenging to say the least. My husband was rear ended and ended up with back injuries. He Has been unable to do many of the things he used to. We had to give up so much. Which changed our lives. I don’t know how we would have gotten through it had it not been for Rick and his team. They were always there for us. With guidance. And, they genuinely care about you; they never hurry you when you have questions. They took time to explain things sometimes over and over If we didn’t understand Something . They are there for you every step and made dealing with insurance company’s simple. They took all the burden off your shoulders. But more than all the help and work that they did. What meant the most to me is that I really cared about us. I felt that I had a great friend who was in my corner helping me not just with the accident but someone to talk to who understood when I was having a hard time. And they were there not just during office hours but all the time. I truly miss that. I can’t express enough how wonderful these people are. They are honest and always forthcoming with information and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Rick and Nan. And your whole team for everything you did for us.
